I own a Cadent IE, love, love, love it. The bike is still under warranty and I'm having a problem with the controller. It's stopped showing the range left on the display.
What I've discovered since Raleigh was sold is that it's very hard to get warranty work done in Canada since Canadian Tire bought the Canadian side of the company.
Does anyone have any experience or tips in dealing with warranty issues in Canada?
