Will they be better than cars though?

I think one of the biggest thing about using ebikes as delivery vehicle is mobility. Since it has 4 wheels, I wonder it might be prohibited from using it as a bicycle and get stuck in traffic jam with cars.

It's a British company, so can't speak to the urban delivery system for a quad eBike. It looks pretty narrow. I sure wouldn't want to take it out on the road much with that big slab of a windshield though. Edit; found this video and the company guy says the average vehicle speed in downtown London is less than 8mph.
