Dear Court (and Members at-large),
I have read much of the threads and watched your reviews and interviews. I find all of your content extremely informative and inspiring. To be clear, I am new to ebikes. My background is in industrial design and business administration. My interests lie in e-motorbikes and the premium combination of components for the intended use of scrambler/ moped-like activities. The emphasis is more on total electric propulsion with throttle-only, assisted only by the occasional use of pedals.
I hope this is not too much to ask, but given your collective knowledge & experience what would you recommend as a premium, domestic if possible, setup for full suspension e-motorbike (for crude reference think Super 73, only with nicer components)? Batteries, motor (type, brand, rating, mounting locations/ combinations, etc.), front and rear shocks? I am looking for a solution as robust, worry-free (or limited as much as possible), and as innovative as reasonable. I am not tethered to pre-existing frames, as I would build out of aluminum to suit. Speeds of upper 20s should be achieved although I would design the frame to accommodate a variety of requirements.
