I like having the customer interviews it offers a great perspective that Court doesn't necessarily get when he is only reviewing the bike for a day!

He described his experience and walked me through some of the custom upgrades that had been added including a handle bar bottle cage cup holder, a wireless speaker and phone mount so he could listen to Pandora radio on his rides around Southern California. The large 4" tires improved comfort along with a seat post suspension and he uses a 1/4" hitch rack from Hollywood Racks on his Ford Ranger to move it. He estimated that the bike weighs ~70 lbs with the fenders, rack and suspension fork. His model was upgraded with a hydraulic disc brake on the front wheel and he also added a pannier and rear LED light for utility and safety.
