Does anyone have a clue what could have caused my new Yukon to just die when I tried to take off .

Hey everyone. When I turned on my Yukon and went to accelerate. It stuttered then died completely. Now it won't turn on atall. Any ideas what caused this . Or has this happened to anyone else. I would appreciate feedback from knowledgeable sources. I'm pretty mechanically inclined, but this is all new to me. I don't want to go drop a bunch of money down if there is a fuse I should be checking. Or maybe a connection that is known to come loose, and could have cause this.
There is no power , nothing lights up.But battery is full.

You know the battery is full how? Do you have a multi meter that would allow you to confirm this?

You are aware that below a certain voltage, that you bike is designed to shut off power to prevent damage due to low voltage?

Do you have access to an owners manual that would show the location of any fuses on the bike? Have you checked those?

Have you unplugged the battery and plugged it back in?

How old is this bike?

I always charge my battery. It never goes below two bars. And when I plug it into the charger. It's reads full as well. I gave it a really good charge the night before.
I know it's not the battery. I've only been riding it for about two months.
No I don't know where the fuses are. I was hoping someone else would know and save me a bit of trouble. No I don't have the specs.
Thanks for the reply.

Indicators are often inaccurate. Always confirm with a multimeter.

So, assuming you're right, let's say the battery is full. Is there any power coming from it/available? Finding the answer to that question is going to require a volt meter.

Troubleshooting a blown fuse requires a multimeter. If there is a fuse, it's most commonly in the battery housing. No idea if your bike has one. Wiring connectors are the highest percentage problem. Unplug everything and plug it back in. Make sure the arrows or pins line up. Some connectors take a ton of effort to fully engage. Disconnect the battery and see if the system will reboot. Then trace where there is electricity and where it's not. I had a hall sensor failure in a Bafang geared hub motor. It would stutter for about a half turn, but then it would flash an 03 code. I could shut it down, the code would clear, but then just reappear immediately. Motors are usually the last thing to fail, I'd guess controllers are the most common. If you've only had it for two months, time to get on the phone!

What part of the world are you in and where do you store your bike between rides? I had an issue with a tiny bit of essentially invisible patina on the battery connectors, that was enough to kill the power. For me it was a simple as brushing off the connectors, both sides, male and female, and I put a tiny bit of dielectric grease on them. Problem solved. For me.

I trust you when you say your battery is full, but it's a valid question. And you'd probably be getting something unless the battery was totally discharged. Stranger things have happened though. How do you know, other than just coming off the charger, that the battery is fully charged? It's the first thing to confirm.

There are a lot of other possibilities, like bad connections (obvious physically disconnected or broken wires, a stuck brake sensor, moisture in the control box, or a cracked board.
