kinda proud, just wanted to show this off.

for a long time,
i have been wanting to make some sort of table that would stay attached to the bike
but fold completely out if the way when not using it.
so i could cook without squatting lol
and any other reason i may need a table lol

and thanks to the magic of zip ties and velcro one wrap.......i have succeeded :)

Looks very functional--is it made from a cutting board?

Looks very functional--is it made from a cutting board?

its made from a plexiglass shirt folding board,
not sure its exact terminology,
i sprayed white plastidip on it although it looked fine transparent,

i mean, its not going to support 50 pounds or anything,
but ive put my heavy fishing tackle bag on it and it was fine.

the rod is 1/4" threaded rod that fits through a slot on the table,
and a barrel nut on the threaded rod keeps the table from sliding down the rod,
and is easy to level by spining the nut up or down to adjust the angle of the table.

if i could upload the video i could show how fast it sets up and takes down,
can put it up ready to cook,
or down and secured tight with no movement or rattling,
in under 5 seconds.
i need to hook up with my 3d printing buddy to design a little nicer looking way to do it.

cant wait till it warms up a little so i can go try it out lol
