Desparately in need of Prodecotech parts!

I have a 2013 Prodecotech Storm 500 e-bike that is currently in-op. Local shop has ruled out the throttle and motor, says the controller is probably bad. I know Prodecotech is no longer in business so I am hoping someone here may have a tip on where I might find parts for their e-bikes. I am attaching a pic of the controller data plate. Please help me find a solution, it is a great bike but the shop where I bought it in Port Saint Lucie, FL is ghosting me and will not return calls or emails.

Not sure what kind of wiring it has, but yeah, looks like a lot of choices, thanks. Might pick one up and find a whiz kid to wire it.

Update: I have shopped many aftermarket controllers and while some have the correct specs and wiring, the KT36WSD-XFC09 in my Prodecotech Storm 500 is smaller than all the aftermarket stuff. Really tight space to fit it in. So PLEASE if anyone knows of any old Prodecotech dealer that has a stockpile of old parts collecting dust in their back shop, hook me up!

There is a rack under the battery that sits over the rear wheel, very solid metal u-shaped frame under it that the controller fits into very snug.

I know it's December 2020 but if you haven't resolved your controller problem, go to American Cycle Center on E-bay. They still have stock of 36v 18a Prodecotech controllers. Also 48v 25a.

I have a 48v outlaw and was thinking I might need a 48v Controller because my LiFEPO4 battery
charges to nearly 58v but the bike shuts down with 52v left in the battery.
I did a balance test ride starting with 3.6v on all 16 pins of the balance connector..( one was 3.59) had 57.6v total
The bike shut down @ 9.4mi with 52.2v left and when I rechecked the balance it was slightly off
@ 3.26v on 13 pins but (1)down to 3.25 (1) 3.24 (1) 3.157v
Is that 3.157v in one pack enough out of spec to shut everything down with 52.2v left ? It's only 0.1 of a volt on one pack.
It's very mysterious to me how that works.. Thanks for your thoughts on this
