Hi just bought a cube reaction race 2021 model - been out on it a few times - first time out on a muddy ride chain kept riding up and jamming between frame and front chain ring, as cannot peddle backwards had to keep stopping to pull out ! then the chain broke !! took back to shop and they said the had sorted it but next ride out, in the mud again, chain is still riding up and jamming !! going to take back to shop but any views. I had this problem on gen2 cx motor with small chainring. Well lub good chain helped along with derailleur clutch. On very wet rides it was case of lub chain every so often. Worn chainring was cause at on stage. Being new bike this shouldn't be case for you.
Sounds like it maybe chain suck caused by binding link. 1) start with clean chain ie remove and clean in kerosene or degreaser. Best not to clean on bike as degreaser can get into motor bearings.
2) make sure there are no binding links need to check each moves freely.
3) use quality wet lub(oil).
4) engage derailleur clutch if you have one, 10-12spd bikes. See youtube videos.
5) stop occasionally and lube chain during ride.
6) keep power levels down in muddy sections
If this failures maybe case of not riding in mud.

Ask the shop to also look at the following:
1- Derailleur hanger alignment to ensure its straight
2- Verify verify limit screw.
3- Engage the clutch but if you were not riding hard it’s probably 1 or 2.
This is typically the most common issue based on your comments. Keep us posted.
