couple ST1 questions

Hi all, My first e-bike, an ST1 a 2012, I'm not sure what model, it has a throttle on the handle bar but the boost mode won't turn on, it also has the suspension fork, anyone know what model? Next, while trying to turn boost mode on, this idiot put code 1003 in and yup changed the setting, it was at 9 now it will only go back to 4. Then I read on another thread, "DO NOT CHANGE!!!" nice, but it doesn't seem to affect the the ride at all thou.
I love the bike! Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

If it has a throttle, it's not an ST1, it's a Stromer Sport. You'll probably have to ask and search more in depth, as I've heard they have quite a few issues.
