Hello I am a new member & I am having a problem with my e trike ! I put it together plugged everything in turned on the key & monitor but my power will not work!

Where do you have electricity, and where don't you have electricity? Electricity 101, use a multimeter to trace where the current stops.

Thank you for your reply! I was able to reach the factory & they sent me a new controller box ,that fixed that problem but now it will not backup ! When I push the red button in it still goes forward !!! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
