Cargo bike seat recommenation

Good afternoon
I am looking for recommendations for a seat for my daughter when I ride with two kids. Normally, my 10 year old uses the seat pad shown here. However, when I have both my 5 and 10 year old along for a ride, the youngest needs the seat shown. The seat pad is too long to function with the other seat in place.

I am looking for ideas on an alternative to the seat pad for my 10 year old.
