Well, No picks of newest mod, because you really can't see it, but man you can feel it! No new stem or handle bars till spring, so used the old wooden dowel trick to extend the handle bars about 3.5 inches out on both sides. Like I said, can't really see the difference, but oh is it so much easier on the shoulders and elbows and helps keep the back straight when peddling. I've ordered mirrors and a new bell from Walmart.com. The bell I have works plenty fine, but despite laying it on pretty thick day before yesterday, had to brake so I wouldn't collide with two cyclists in front of me on the rail trail. New rule for me, if no response to bell from 20 ft, just going to do what I did with ladies who were in front of me... "ON YOUR LEFT!"

For those not familiar, my first mod was replacing the front wheel axle from a skewer qr to a solid axle.
