Hi all,
I recently replaced my old 2017 Active line motor (was low on torque and bearings were going bad) with a brand new performance line 2016 one(non cx). The Active line one had top speed of 45km/h, that was enabled in a bike shop and the new one has factory top speed of 25km/h. The Active one had headlight control enabled too and the performance one does not have by default. The Active line had the wheelsize set to 28" and the Performance line one could not allow this setting to be set lower than 35", trough the display menus, which is unrealistic(I guess the system compensates for the 45 to 25km/h speed decrease using wheelsize auto-adjustment). I went to a local bike shop and they said they don't know how to set those settings on my system, as the motor has been replaced with different one and they don't have expertise with similar cases. Are they fooling me, because they are mad I didn't buy a new Active line motor from them for more $, or those settings are not configurable on the Performance motors?
