Bosch Performance Line CX bricked during update

Hello,

I wanted to update my Purion - Power Line CX - Battery system with the new firmware.
Unfortunately the Bosch IBD software hanged in the middle of the update and now it does not want to power up.
It does not connect anymore to the Bosch IBD software unless I remove the battery, and then only the Purion controller is listed (see screenshot).

Does anyone experienced the same ?
How to perform a hard reset of the battery or the drive unit ?

Did you try to force update of all components?
Did you try with another battery?

Didn't they tell you in the Bosch training which you attended do get the USB dongle and software?

Hi wildtrak. I managed to reset the battery by pressing the power button for 15 seconds.
Now the Powertube connects from time to time, but never the drive unit.

Indeed I launched the update of all components even through drive unit and computers were already all up to date: there is no way to selectively update one only as far as I know.

Did you try with another battery?
I once had a PowerTube with a lose connector on the BMS. That was on and off, too.
