my - dual batteries ( some people say it does not fit) !

So you want to know if the Service Kit fits your motor even though you have dual battery?
And some people say that does not fit? You read that on facebook?

Some people also say the earth is flat (which would be great for bicycling 😆 )

Does the motor make noise? Does it feel rough? If yes, go ahead and install the new parts from that service kit. It comes with instructions and it is easy done with the right tools.

i should choose the RIGHT kit ( and for my bike ! and i am trying to get the year of production of my model ) to choose the RIGHT kit!

also i am going to start Expedition Touring ( 10 countries - 13000 km ) so better to know that engine is perfect

Your motor is a BDU2XX. There is only one kit for any of the BDU2XX motors (except the ones with coaster brake, which yours does not have).
So this kit is the right kit for your motor.

The R&M model year of your bike is irrelevant if you already know your drive unit part number. You have the right kit.

are you 100% sure ?
If you are 100% sure the pictures and part numbers you posted are correct, then yes Wildtrak knows his stuff.

Yes. I installed that multiple times already.
did you use this kits

Or maybe i need lesser equipped kit to do kind of " regular service ?"

Depends on the condition of your motor. Maybe you do not need it at all.
I have one of those motors with over 30.000km on it. Never opened and it still runs smoothly.
i dont hear any noise ) and the total range is about 8500 . ! But i want to start expedition ) from 6000km to 13000 km ) a bit risky ! )) i need either spare motor ( to be delivered somewhere when 8000km will be done ) or i should trust my motor on 100 % :)

@Dima I haven't rebuilt anything in my drive unit or added/replaced the o-rings to help block water intrusion. I have about 22000 km on the bike with a fair bit of that in rainy conditions. It's a little noisier/rougher than it was on day 1, but still chugs along just fine.

Please take a look on this numbers in the end ( does it only mean the difference in complication ( expanded and not ) i mean bearings the same for my engine ?

Go with the Service Kit, not the bearing set.

You will need special tools to replace the motor or the service kit.
Also, the spare motor should be configured right if you get one and your bike has the Rohloff or Enviolo. Cannot see that on the picture.
Here is what I would do:

Get a spare motor, make sure it is configured correctly. Leave it at a friends place and have it shipped in case you need it.
or
Bring the Service Kit and tools on the trip. Make sure you know how to install it. It is not that easy if you do it for the first time.
I would go with the latter option and start the trip with the motor as is. Make sure you have the right tools. There are youtube videos about how to install the service kit.
I have seen another guy going all the way to Asia, over 80.000km with no Gen 2 motor issues.

BTW, I have a spare motor in my trailer to give it an extra boot on steep uphills :D
