Posting here as well for exposure.

The downtube mount for my powerpack has a lot of play and rattles when on rough terrain. This is the one of the bottom where the pins are. The mount is loose with the battery off. Is there a pretty simple way to fasten this down?

It looks like there's two bolts that fasten the battery mount to the downtube but I dont have access to the bolt heads. I see two torx screws that may remove the plastic cover. Anyone know exactly how to tighten this up?

Thanks in advance.

...the plastic cover is held on with two T15 torx screws and a release clip on the bottom. You should have partial access to the top T25 (I believe) torx screws that fasten the battery holder to the frame of you have. The other screw is buried under the pin connector and can only be accessed by dropping the motor and removing the pin cable. But in my case tightening the top screw secured it enough.

I had this problem within a month of buying a Gazelle CityZen T10, and hardly giving it any tough riding. Had it fixed under warranty by Gazelle dealer (major job as they had to remove motor), they said the mount had not been installed correctly. This was surprising given Gazelle's reputation for quality.
