Bionx D 250 DV freewheel or cassette body: too much play already

Hi,

I only have 372kms on my D 250 DV and I was first aware of a decrease in the torque sensor sensibility. No more assistance unless I press hard on the pedal. While investigating I found that the freewheel had a lot of play, and that also why I have difficulties to tune the gear shifting.

Furthermore the freewheel body has expended to a point that it's hard to remove the cassette.
Already so much play ? How to disassemble the freezing body ? Anyone already having the problem ? I saw a video of free hub wobbling like mine on YouTube
