biktrix ultra in az?

I am wanting to compare my watt wagon programming to a biktrix ultra if anyone has one in az somewhere and I could meet you over the next couple of weeks

just read a few of your threads on here and sounds like similar complaints to mine
the clunking etc

but would like to ride one so we could compare

hope bafang or someone comes up with better programming for these

What is your normal riding speeds? I ride slow and with a slower cadence sometimes

Could you see how your bike responds riding slow in level 1 pas, like 8 mph and tell me how the power feels kicking in

Like get it up to 8-9mph then coast a little and start pedalling again a few times

I am mostly noticing this like on a crowded bike path where I am moving slower and having to speed up and slow down some getting stuck behind people

I usually ride in the top three levels. I think Roshan's proprietary tuning has a lot to do with the smooth power delivery.

How many levels of pedal assist do you guys have?

I have a feeling you don’t get the clunking etc. unless you’re going slow, I did not notice it as much running faster and pulling hills

If you get a chance try yours for a little bit in the lowest level going slow and let’s see how yours acts

I did not realize the ultra ever had nylon gears, thought that was just the m600?

does anybody have screenshots of the biktrix programming, would like to compare

think i will buy an eggrider to start and see what i can accomplish with that

The early Ultras had nylon gears. Mine is put away for the winter, so it will be awhile before I can give you any input.

Just ordered the egg rider so will see what I can do on changing some stuff and update this later

My Jug Ultra (steel gears), no clunking, only smooth power delivery. I ride in everything from PAS 1-3, occasionally 4 in winter.

I tend to use Eco for more technical stuff (trails), and on the road in traffic I leave it in Sport mode.

Mine's also set up with 5 levels, the PAS stepping is really good and I've never missed having more levels.
