bike frame with integrated battery?

This is just a question... I'm not actually thinking about doing this...

Do they sell a bike frame with just a battery that one could add a mid drive motor kit to? And in particular, an integrated battery...

Or would I have to go to walmart.com and get a cheap ebike, and throw away the hub motor? Dang, this doesn't even have disc brakes! And can I get spare batteries? I wonder how wide that bottom bracket is?

Just random thoughts... don't mind me! ha!
