Hi all in my instructions it says charge battery every time you come back but I’m only doing 4 mile a day would you charge or let it get at least half empty thanks all

Manuals are written by marketing folks who don't know much about battery. Batteries are supplied by a battery manufacturer and information gets passed on down the line but some of the key info gets lost.
It is NOT ideal to charge the battery back up as soon you ride 4 miles. If you ride 40 miles, yes, but not 4 miles.
It's perfectly ok to get it down to ~25-30%. What is more harmful is keeping the battery fully charged to 100% at all times. Don't keep it fully depleted as well.
So charging once in 3 days should be alright.
