They are selling sets, which @Adrian reference in another thread, but also batteries. Not sure what the distribution would be, or the prices.

They have a brand, unlike Generic Ebay Seller from China (GESC?).

This 11aH looks identical to what i got sent from BTN with my BBS02 750W kit, although mine is heavier at 3.25kgs and according to the invoice Samsung cells and 13aH!!

I can't find a price or any dealer for the Bafang. It makes sense they are just slapping their name on packs that float around China. Wish there was more information including some tear-downs.
