Back-heavy Interceptor?

Has anyone used their Interceptor to haul a bunch of gear, like a couple grocery bags full of stuff? I haven't gotten mine yet, but during my test ride it just seemed so back-heavy that I felt like if I put a bunch more weight on there, it would fall over backwards! Am I just being ridiculous?

Two days ago I carried a bag of groceries, four packages, and a small dog on the back of my Interceptor for about eight miles. While the bike didn't tip over, I wasn't about to be super-aggressive around corners or anything like that.

Haha thanks! I don't plan to be ever be super-aggressive, so it sounds like I'll be in good shape. Cute dog!

At 6' 4" & 255 lbs, I may not be the best person to offer an opinion here but I sometimes carry 40+ pounds (spare battery, tools & other gear) on the back of my Platinum Interceptor. The bike can feel light in the front on some surfaces but it's never felt unstable to me.
