Aventon Warranty Service - Kudos!

I received my Aventon Level in September and experienced a small problem which I elaborated upon in my previous posts. I experienced a momentary loss of PAS assist very occasionally when I transitioned from a smooth paved trail to bumpy grass surface generally going uphill and an Error code 21. The problem was corrected by stopping my pedaling for a half second, and then continuing to pedal. Not a huge problem, and very intermittent. I reached out (email) to the Aventon team and received a quick response from the Aventon Tech who asked me a couple of diagnostic questions. I told the tech I would try to duplicate the problem and narrow down the conditions wherein the problem occurred. After a week or two I determined that the issue was very intermittent, would not occur under identical circumstances, and sometimes on huge bumps and thumps it would not occur, and then sometimes on tiny bumps it would occur. I even went four miles off-road with my mountain bike buddy over dirt trails, creeks, rocks, roots and open fields with no occurrence of the problem. I reported my results to the Tech who quickly offered to send a new rear wheel/tire/motor assembly which arrived in about a week.

Kudos to Aventon For their excellent service!

I haven't installed the new wheel yet and will report back my results when I do.
