Has anyone in Canada had any luck contacting Aventon Canada? Their website lacks a contact phone number, and they don't respond to e-mails.

EZBike in Ontario claims to be the "Official" Canadian importer, but I see no evidence that they're hosting the "Aventon Canada" website.

If this reflects their sales support, I can only imagine how frustrating their customer service must be.

May I suggest you provide more clarity on the Aventon Canada website...would go a long way to improving consumer confidence.

A contact phone number on the Aventon Canada website is needed.....and a mailing address.

As it stands now, it could easily be taken for a scam site.

Plus, it would be nice if someone from Aventon Canada actually responded to emails.

In addition, if the site is indeed hosted by EZBike Canada...the site should state so.

This also came up on reddit and people got mixed answers about whether it was a real site (u/aventon replied saying it was legit and got downvoted, but someone also called them and was told it was not a legit site)

I am pleased to report that EZBIKE Canada reached out to me today and confirmed receiving my order via their 'Aventon Canada' website. I am confident the Aventon Canada website is legit. However they still need to improve their customer communications.
