Any caveats for carbon and 750W, 120Nm torque?

Are carbon bikes are a viable option with 750W, 120Nm motor?

I plan to carry 50 pounds of food up a hill that varies from 7% to 18% grade for 1.5 miles.

I weigh 175 pounds. I currently run up this hill with 10 pounds of food in a fanny pack. I do not own a bike, so I do not know whether I generate 100W or 200W of pedal power.

Any concerns with the Felt NINE 3? I am starting with it as a reference point, because it is easy to compare to the Felt NINEe 20, which is not powerful enough.
