Any 12V DC Charger Adaptors Available for the Haibike?

I am looking to charge the bike inside my 2014 Honda Odyssey, and I can charge it a little bit while going to my destination, and going back home.
Was looking at the most effective way to do it.
I do have a 115V outlet at the moment, but it only supports until 150W, where my charger adaptor is 190W.
Anyone able to set up something similar?
For reference I have a 2020 Allmtn.

Although the unit you mention would likely be more efficient, this 300 W inverter is less than half the price and puts out almost twice the power:

Efficiency isn't that important in a vehicle while driving.
