Hi, I'm looking for help with my Amego Ebike. The motor doesn't seem to be working. When I try to pedal assist or throttle only, the wheel won't spin.
- The controller appears to be working
- The battery is fully charged
- The lights work
- I've checked the connections
- I've opened the motor is the gears seems fine
- When I remove the wheel from the bike the motor does turn, though it seems like it's barely receiving much power
I've attached a short video.
* OBO reads 1,350 Miles
