That looks very much like the "generic" Chinese fork that came with my 2015 Radrover. It was wobbly, spongy, and another RR rider posted that his collapsed at 980 miles. I therefore replaced mine with a Top Gun purchased from Rad (MSRP $150 but talked down to $75 as a Rad owner). Apparently it's the fork they're now using on 2016 models - you can draw your own conclusions... My new Top Gun fork is clunky, but far firmer and sturdier than the original.
