I have, for some months, a Como 3 IGH (2023). It was running fine. I rode it 10 km this morning without any problems, but my husband noticed some strange sounds this afternoon (after a kilometre or two, he's not sure).
At first, we thought it was a noise in the spokes but we didn't see anything unusual... the noise (sound 1 in the attached files) seemed to be coming from the engine but when we took the rear wheel off, we didn't notice anything special... neither in the brake nor in the belt... We're still wondering...You can hear, in the beginning, the wheel running freely without the peculiar sound.
The second noise can be heard when you're riding (sound 2 in the attached files) and pedalling hard in particular (or on slopes)...I don't know if it's useful, but I often had higher consumption when I heard the noise...You can clearly hear it around 7-9 seconds in the video.
Well, the third noise (sound 3) is less serious, but I wonder if there isn't an adjustment to be made as well? Thanks.
