I had a very good recent experience with Lectric's customer service. My control switch was damaged in an accident, and I emailed them asking about availability of a replacement switch. They quickly replied that they had the part (including the screen as the switch is tethered to the screen). It was sent right away with NO CHARGE, and my 3+ year old bike is now back on the road. Thank you, Lectric.
