Tried to purchase a KBO Breeze ST today with CC Payment failed to go through on KBO website. Got an alert text from CC asking if it was really me making the purchase to prevent fraud I said yes. Text stated if my purchased was declined try again. Same thing happened again payment failed on KBO website. Had wife try with different CC same thing happened to her on KBO website payment failed twice. I called my CC company and told them what happened. She said they were in Great Britain where they see a lot of fraud coming from. So we canceled our cards to get new ones. I have purchased many ebikes online and never had this issue. Is KBO ebikes a real company.?
