@Newy, It this the 400 Pound Stirling men's MTN bike? With an aluminum frame? Are you using a hub motor in the rear? Is it geared or is it direct drive. If it is a hub-drive I would start with a standard torque arm design. Make it twice as thick and three times longer left and right, whilst allowing for three hose clamps through each, not one each. I would also use low temp welding rods and scrap Al tubing to brace from the seat stays to the chain stays 10cm from the dropouts.
IMHO that is too much power for a bike. Something has to give. This is disaster waiting to happen. It is also unlawful. Let's hope no one is injured or worse.
