Older Rambo battery replacement issues

I have a Rambo ebike and I need a replacement battery. I contacted Rambo about this and was told the battery has been discontinued and they couldn't help me and didn't know were I could get one. I sent then all the numbers on the battery plus pictures and still they were dismissive and no help at all. I want to purchase another battery as a backup. Has anyone ran into this and what was your fix. Ever one I call wants to rebuild my old battery but I need extra battery not a rebuild!Thanks
