36V Bosch Battery Refurbishment

I had a short on my e-bike which completely discharged the Bosch 36V Batteries.
They were only 1 year old.
I have been unable to recharge them.
Is there a way to recharge them, or can is there a company who can repair?

I doubt it but I would try a reset on them by holding the power button in for 15 or so seconds. if that does not work try taking them to a shop and having them hooked up to their machine maybe it can do it.
