How do you turn on the Power Port?

I have a Newport and there is a USB port on the handlebar controller-

I can’t remember the steps to turn it on—

Any insight??

With the control panel powered on, press the "SET" and "+" buttons at the same time to toggle the USB power on and off. Press the buttons until you see the icon appear (circled in the attached photo). When it appears, the USB port has power.
