XLC seat, satori animaris suspension seat post, 55mm handlebar riser and ergon GP-1 grips have my Medium frame fitting just about perfect.. Even at 6' tall and 32" inseam the Medium frame in this model is quite large. I probably could have made a small work. By far the best comfort mod has been the 2" handlebar stem riser so it's no longer a lean onto the bars
