concealed motor

Hi Guys, Quick question. Does anyone use an internal frame motor (like the Vivax Assist) when training for races or endurance rides? If so, do you think they help you build race fitness faster? Any other observations on internal motors? Thanks Daniel (Link Removed - No Longer Exists)
