My new chain is slipping on the 11 tooth cog. It works fine on all other gears. It's all cleaned up and derailer adjusted. After looking closely at the cog it does look like the valleys on the cog are deeper and wider then the other gears and the teeth do look somewhat narrower. My question is...

Found my mistake, what a dummy. I used the female end of an extention cable to splice in and didn't take in consideration that the wiring would be just the opposite when the two cables are connected. 🙄

It's not the display. If you can reread my first post it explains the original problem. The bike was running before I spliced in the cable. That was my next thought. Like a dummy I didn't check the pin out on the thin HALL sensor wires but the 3 higher guage wires are the same as the stock cable. Will let you know the outcome.
