You should be able to find the specs from your dealer or Pedego, I think. Or upon inspection at a bike shop, from whom you should then buy the tool. Don't buy the cheapest tool, it will be nearly as soft as the nipples and wear out quickly.

I would not put much faith in what Huff. Post, that noted bike specialist, says about ebikes. The Elby looks like a pricey city bike, with small 26" tires, a reputable powertrain, and a flexible frame. It doesn't look like a long mileage bike to me.
