    LiOn battery draw tester

Check out the big brain on @6zfshdb! Cutting an extension cord in half is pure genius! I might have to do that this weekend to bench test a battery/motor... 👍 To the OP... my battery failed this draw test 🙃

    What's an "SUV" ebike?

I went for the Al Grounder and I'm in love with them after 150mi. Much more secure in the tight corners and allow for much more aggressive breaking without loss of traction or locking up. Ride is noticeably better as well but I did go from 2.35 on the JW to 2.6 on the Al. I haven't pushed them...

    Show Us a Tool

Re_purpose old tire tubes as work place rubber bands. Great for keeping bolts, washers, bushings and spacers stacked in order on a disassembly or for adding temporary physical protection.

Padded Gloves for e-bike or change the grips or both

I agree with the above on the gloves. I've had these for 2 years/ 8000mi and they've held up well with a little sun fade on the top. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08XNSMRDZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1&psc=1

Well there's your solution. Stock programming is far too aggressive and with way too much ghost pedaling built in. Tune it down and if you think you like it now... You'll be blown away once you customize it to your style. Keep in mind what works for one person and their bike might not be perfect...

Ok... But if you have a UART BBS you can change settings to make it do what you want. Each PAS is a cadence set point... so you set the PAS to the cadence you want to maintain. edit: Have you read this thread or similar ones? BBS*** Settings for a Smoother Ride...

What speed are you looking to travel at? Do you have a UART or CANbus BBS If UART, have you made any programming changes?

Changed my mind about my Gear Shift Sensor today - Disconnected it.

Shift sensor is like training wheels.. Not necessarily after you learn what to do and just in the way as you build your skillset. My 01.735 cents... Loose it.

Changed my mind about my Gear Shift Sensor today - Disconnected it.

I concur... Never had a use for the shift sensor with the Ultra... nor with the BBS for that matter. I do appreciate the brake cut out and use them for safety as well as strategically while rolling at times.

Mine was running 46t to a 13-28 and I found it very usable to I believe 28mph Tried a 48t and 11-28 but ended up going back as I live with a lot of hills.

Haven't seen one. What's your smallest gear in the rear? Might be an easier find. How many gear? Freewheel or cassette?

52V, 20Ah Downtube Battery pack Design Feedback

On/Off switch on the battery? I like being able to know things are OFF in a variety of situations. Maybe not as important as the built in tech improves but I'm ol' school.

You're getting first time user pricing...not valid for an Aliexpress repeat whore as myself. No worries on 9spd compatibility

Fish tanks, who messes with them?

I'll also add there's a slew of water/leak detection available now a days that can be tied into home automation for audible and cellular notification. My setups are continuous water drip to handle water changes and this is what I'm using that is 25+ year old tech which has worked flawlessly. .

    Ultra Chainring Swap?

Sure it does! Says 95 available. But it'll cost you an extra $1.49! 🤣😂🤣

Fish tanks, who messes with them?

I had a 155g bow front for many a year before they stopped making them. Sold it with a leak for almost what I paid for it as I didn't trust myself to do a proper repair and being recently discontinued it was in demand. As the previous post suggested, yes a check valve on your air pump. That...

52V, 20Ah Downtube Battery pack Design Feedback

That's what I gathered as well from Mr. Ravi and here from post 14... Data connectivity is not necessary for end user functionality but adds a layer of monitoring and data gathering to aide future improvements and help with warranty claims. An app is part of the end user package.
