Straight (not angled) stem tube for Lectric XP 3.0 folding step through

I started this thread. Sc00ter fixed me up. I had also ordered a new neck/ bars from David brand new. After 4-5 months I decided to cancel the order. I e- mailed at least (6) times w/ no response. I found a better set up. 8 months later the David brand new stem and bars is at my house, along...

Finally got back on this forum. Appoligize if I’ve left anyone hanging.

Don’t know what happened, but I was unable to get back on this forum. Anyway I finally got my wife and my E-bikes set up. Had to set seat back 3”, new bars and reversed neck. FWIW I had ordered a short neck from David brand new. I cancelled / e-Mail several times after 4 months, but they sent...

Please stop charging ebike batteries overnight!

I have power tools and equipment as well with lithium batteries. I use a simple small 110v plug in timer w/1,2,4,6,and 8 hour push button controls, plug your charger into it and shut off at the time you desire. Cost me $12. A certified product too.

Are white reflectors required on wheels

So I took the OEM reflectors off the wheels and installed the neat spoke reflectors on. Looks trick on every spoke/both sides and now has probably 4-5 times the capability of being seen from almost any angle.

    Lectric bike sales confusion

I ask some of the same questions. I though that since I was going to buy (2) they would work with me a little-(Not). I bought (2) long range XP3 folders anyway , the rear basket is good. The other racks and baskets I didn’t even use. Did not use any racks or baskets on my wife’s bike. she...

XP 3.0 step through folder brake pads replacements

I bought my wife and I each new XP 3.0 folding step through e-bikes. Eventually I will need to install new brake pads. I see several or various ones on Amazon. Our bikes did not come w/ any parts manuals. I’m guessing Lectric bike co. Sells the pads, but are OEM as good as any ? Are there some...

Are white reflectors required on wheels

Maybe answer my win question. Look up the legal requirements for front, side, rear reflection. Side can be tires w/ reflective strip, rims with same or the spoke mounted type. I think I’ll look for some wheel adhesive type. Be nice if someone sold long specific strips instead of the small pieces...

Are white reflectors required on wheels

I’m all for safety, but a lot of the wheel/ spoke mounted reflectors are poorly made and many just break. As long as I have frame mounted reflectors ( red rear, amber side/ front and white front) are the white ones that that come on the wheel/ spoke required to be legal ? Thanks for your replies.

New XP 3.0 folding step through - power bleed w/ switch off ?

Thanks, your right. I forget about capacitors holding a charge for some time. Didn’t think about them in all the P/C boards and circuitry, but I guess it’s necessary for anything/ everything made in the electronic components to work right .

New XP 3.0 folding step through - power bleed w/ switch off ?

Thanks sc00ter. I’m getting there. BTW, I’m still experimenting w/ bars for my wife’s bike. I turned the existing neck around 180 deg, and added some moustasche bars. Getting closer. I have some other bars coming that will work w/ the shorty I got from you. My wife insists the st up is identical...

Straight (not angled) stem tube for Lectric XP 3.0 folding step through

Straight (not angled) stem tube for Lectric XP 3.0 folding step through

I ordered the FX neck and BMX bars For my wife’s Lectric 3.0. We will see how that works. If that’s not a good combo I think w/the upan moustasche bars may be a good option. I think the bar size at the stem is a different size ( maybe) my bars are 31.0 mm- 1-1/4”. If this works I will change the...
