Indiana has the three class system. My E-Bike is the Anza 750S. It's a Class-3 E-Bike. I'm legal under Indiana E-Bike rules. I see Class-3 E-Bikes being lumped in with 49cc mopeds, and scooters in the future. That would mean a Class-B endorsement on a state issued ID if you don't have a license...
