Yesterday, the LBS let me know a new crank arm is on the way. We'll see if that resolves both issues.

How long does it take for them to respond to a LBS that sells and services their products? This is in MA for a Vado SL 4.0. I rode the bike to LBS on Saturday, 9/14/24 for a loose crank and clicking noise from (I think) the mid-drive. They put in a warranty claim to Specialized, tightened the...

Is a washer or spacer in the mix? My crank fell off and since I put it back and tightened it, there's a little bit of play in in there.

There are 2 holes in the frame to attach the kickstand. I don't see what would be adjustable. Edit: I just read another thread. Looks like the kickstand needs a trim. Edit2: I found a screw that could be loosened to adjust the length. Thanks again, Stefan!

The placement and design seem to be the issues on my Vado 4.0 SL. It's too far back near the rear wheel and doesn't have enough "lean." It takes little to knock it over, especially on even slightly uneven ground.

I'll go to 50psi next! My rides are 99% asphalt roads and trails. The stock 38mm tires seem fine. Maybe I'll go wider when I need new ones.

Thanks for the elastometer tip! I've been lowering PSI over time. Currently 53 front and back.

Sorry, I'm not sure I understand. Try the Varia with the stock seatpost? I weigh 234 lbs and I have installed the stem with the highest strength elastometers. The effect, if anything is subtle. I do think I feel less wear and tear on my hands and shoulders but maybe that's just in my head. I'm...
