Hey thanks for the reply. I've done this and it refuses to get to 25mph. Most it will do is 22Mph, at this speed the motor cuts power down to ~300 watts.

Hey people. I recently purchased a Rad Mini 4, I'm probably late to the party and I'm very disappointed. The bike won't reach 40Kmph or~25Mph. The motor cuts off at 22mph and lowers output to around 300 to 400 watts. I don't know what to do, the bike is basically brand new and I'm thinking...

It's just that the SW900 and the S900 use different settings. There are many things that i don't know about the motor like who many magnets it has. Anyways, do you know about a controller+display combo that I could buy for a 20amp controller?

It goes up to 25mph but running on the street the max speed is 20. The max speed prior to the controller replacement and with the tire lifted was 27.
