Priority sent a new display/controller and postage paid envelope for the display/controller that spontaneously reset to be returned. Good proactive customer service.

My Priority Current's display spontaneously reset this morning. The mileage is now back to zero, and the password to turn on the bike has reset no password at all. Anybody else have this happen?

It's an NYC law against throttles, and priority has an in person store in NYC. I agree it should be offered for places where throttles are legal (like the ability switch from 20MPH to 28MPH assist), but CYA is strong in companies for some reason.

I think because they are an NYC store, they can't sell bikes with a throttle, and probably for legal reasons can't acknowledge that the throttle is possible. Too bad, because I wouldn't mind a throttle on mine.
