Maybe the bms is damaged, as it was with me after the battery got wet. It can be understood by connecting the charger and opening the battery and shunting the minus of the bms. If the battery starts charging, then the bms is damaged

After getting the battery and controller wet from rain, the battery wouldn't charge. After removing the minus from the controller and reconnecting, things got better, but not for long. The battery totally refused to charge and the bms was getting warm. After replacing the bms, everything was fine.
