    LMT’D w/ MTB Handlebars & Maxxis DHR2 2.4” Knobbies

Just checking to see if the Maxxis tires worked out for you. I went thru a small patch of thorns and next morning 2 flats. I located the thorns in the tires and saw no visible puncture signs on the inside of the tire. So, wondering if you encountered any clearance issues ft/rear as I don't want...

Any alternatives to the Ride1up lmt'd?

The Iberia was a better buy than R1U and fits perfect. I just got the Iberia bad and it snaps in solid. Zippers also feel good which I find most are crap. R1U had their rack on backorder when I last check so I bought the Iberia. I don't look back after I buy stuff. It's depressing to see it go...

Why Roadies Don't Smile-funny article I just read

I can tell if a roadie or group of them has been through. I see all the energy gel packets on the side of the road. They claim to follow the road rules but I very rarely see them stop at a stop sign. And rarely do they acknowledge that you have stopped for them. I road a 20# bike. I ride a heavy...

    REAL bargains

Frogg Toggs rain gear. Originally for motorcycle but they now cover just about everything. I stumbled on to these at a motorcycle shop because my cheap plastic ones shredded at the first freeway use. I can't remember when I bought these but I use them everywhere. They claim to be breathable...

    Rear View Mirror for Bike

I also use Hafny bar end mirrors. Very sturdy and clear. I used helmet mirrors for years and the worked great. Only thing they took a little time to adjust properly and get use to but they worked very well.

How to change rear tire if you have a flat on the road?

I've turned my bike over with no problems other than the controller in the way. Using wood blocks is ok at home but not easy to carry. I bought and used the handlebar jacks and they work great. I admit it is not the best solution but miles from home it will get the job done. They are very small...

Potential Lectric Regret, Time to Start Over

Welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about your woes with your bike. For suggestions on a new bike I would do as much research until your brain hurts. So many choices out there it is hard to pick just one. A big plus is shopping from a LBS and see what they offer and if they are supporting their...
