As described in the other reply, it’s more a case of stop apply pedal load while shifting. Keep turning the crank slowly obviously to get the derailleur to shift. I’ll try the pause in pedal load while shifting to see if that make a difference. Iv’e also aligned the rear shifter better.

Hi all, new here. I tried the search but no real hits for this topic. When I change up a gear on my boardman the motor unit FAZUA makes a clunk if I’m still turning the pedals. Is this normal? If I don’t turn the pedals the drive doesn’t do it. Is this normal for this type of drive ??
