Just got an EP-2 Pro. Issue with battery charging which I may post about separately. But when I enter the menu by using +- together I cannot get past the P2 option. It wants me to enter a code I think. Manual suggests 1212 but that doesn’t work.
Do I need to contact Engwe about this?
