    Level v1 battery

Contact Jenny from Aijiu Power. She helped me when I was looking for a replacement battery(ended up getting a 20Ah!) and mounts for my 1st gen. Pace 350, she was very helpful and everything worked out great! Payment was made through Alibaba. Price was reasonable, only a tad higher(for higher cap...

WASTE OF MONEY! Level V1 Batteries are not being made anymore.

Just a thought, assuming the Level V1s still for sale on your site have the original batteries, you could upgrade those remaining bikes to the new battery and terminal and then you would have some direct replacements for customers needing V1 batteries and those buying a 'new' bike aren't buying...

'Zen Skunkworks' - a new model in the development

I was agreeing with you, but mistook the double kickstand you linked as a one piece(both legs are one rigid piece).

Yep, if the one piece style clears the chain it is the better choice.

'Zen Skunkworks' - a new model in the development

Hi Ravi, cargo bikes are looking good. One suggestion if you haven't already thought of it, I would equip them with double leg kickstands. Single side kickstands are very unstable(due to the lean) when there is a load on the bike, especially higher/up on the cargo rack. There are several...

Rear wheel compatability between the Pace 500 and Level?

Thank you for the response. Just to make sure I completely understand, all four of those models you mention will function the same but the rims have different shape and some other cosmetic differences? Or is a Pace 500 and a Pace 500.2 functionally compatible, and a Level and a Level.2...

Rear wheel compatability between the Pace 500 and Level?

Can you elaborate more on the difference between the two wheels? When you say they are not compatible does that mean it flat out won't work, or it just won't work as intended/designed? Would a Pace V2 rear wheel work on a V1 bike?

    Zen Shakti - pictures

Shakti is looking good, but can't tell from the picture, will it still be spec'd with a thru-axle rear hub/motor?

    Level.2 Questions

I can't speak on the Level 2 personally, but I built up 2 LMT'Ds(step-thru) for a friend, wife is about 4'11) about a month ago. First one went great, built up nice and rode great, brakes worked well, plenty of stopping power, no rub, shifting was crisp, motor was strong, carried me up a fairly...

Where do you get your bike repaired/maintained?

I worked in a couple shops for a combined 15 years, and haven't let anyone touch any of my bikes for the last 25 or so(excluding initial assembly of a new bike, but even then I will usually disassemble and build it myself). In those years I worked with 3, maybe 4 people I would fully trust to...

Help !!! Cant get my rear wheel back on

Any luck? If you can't get the axle to seat all the way check if there are any burs in the axle slot blocking it. If there are, use a file to smooth them out. Once you can get the axle seated all the way in the dropout, put the tabbed washers on with the tabs facing away from the hub, then the...
